Brown sugar has a richer flavor than white sugar, which is why it's become a go-to sweetener for many iconic treats. Turning this popular pastry into a candle required some creative trial and error to get the aromatic version as close as possible to the real thing. We think we've succeeded with our recipe that combines prominent notes of cinnamon stick, drizzled caramel and sweet brown sugar with fried dough and other complementary notes.
